You can reach Gulhi island, South Malé Atoll, either by a speed ferryboat or public ferryboat. If your flight arrival time allows to catch public ferryboat, it is the most cost-effective way to reach Tropic Tree Maldives (Gulhi).

Public Ferryboat Services
Once your flight lands and after customs check come out of the arrival terminal.
You can take a taxi to the MTCC Hulhumaale Ferry Terminal in the capital Malé. At the ferry terminal you can buy tickets from the ticket counter to go to Gulhi (costs around US$10 per person).
The public ferryboat to Gulhi island (Tropic Tree Maldives) takes around 80 minutes.
- Ferryboat departs Malé to Gulhi at 15:00 hrs.
- Ferryboat departs from Gulhi to Malé at 08:00 hrs.
- NO public ferryboat services on Friday.
- The hotel DOESN’T arrange public ferryboat tickets, it is advised to plan your journey in advance.
